Enthalpy Industries has been servicing greater Melbourne since 2007 in the field of Air-Conditioning and Commercial Refrigeration. Rectification of existing system flaws is our specialty and the main reason those in our field engage Enthalpy Industries for technical diagnose and design alterations. As Air Conditioning, electrical and mechanical services & fire safety systems are all integrated we incorporated Essential Safety Measures (ESM) along with Facilities Management to meet the demands of our commercial clientele. Enthalpy Industries Pty Ltd has a strict induction procedure working with staff and contractors to eliminate work related incidents.

We work with our trades in adhering to responsible and safe working practices and complying with statutory requirements, codes, standards and guidelines.

We have an Employee / Contractor Manual which comprises of a full Occupational Health & Safety section along with a Quick Guide for easy reference.

-       providing enough resources to ensure occupational health, safety and environment is a central part of the organisation

-       ensuring incidents are investigated and lessons are learnt within the organisation

-       consulting with employees and other parties to improve decision-making on occupational health, safety and environment matters distributing occupational health, safety and environment information, including this policy, to all employees and interested parties providing ongoing education and training to all of our employees ensuring effective injury management and rehabilitation is provided to all employees
